Profil Universitas
Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University (COMU) adalah universitas negeri riset di Turki. Universitas ini terdaftar di antara 1.000 universitas terbaik dunia dalam Laporan Dunia Peringkat Institusi Scimago tahun 2012 dan dinobatkan sebagai salah satu universitas inovatif teratas di Turki pada tahun 2013 oleh Kementerian Sains, Industri dan Teknologi Turki. Universitas ini didirikan pada tahun 1992 yang terletak di Kota Canakkale, Turki. Universitas ini memiliki 9 Fakultas, 2 Sekolah Pascasarjana, 2 Politeknik dan 11 Vokasi. Terdapat sekitar 48.773 mahasiswa yang terdaftar aktif di kampus ini.
Untuk jalur masuk ke universitas ini kamu bisa melalui jalur ujian YOS dan juga jalur berkas atau nilai rata-rata ijazah. Untuk nilai ujian YOS nilai minimal 40. Adapun untuk nilai rata-rata ijazah minimal 70.
Untuk jenjang pascasarjana di Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University tidak memerlukan nilai GRE atau GMAT.
Kota Canakkale
Untuk kota Canakkale sendiri merupakan kota yang terkenal dengan patung Kuda troya yang melegenda, berjarak 5 jam perjalanan dari Istanbul. Kota ini termasuk kota wisata di Turki dengan jumlah pendudukan sekitar 500 ribu orang. Biaya hidup di kota Canakkale berkisar 2 sampai 3,5 juta rupiah per bulan. Transportasi yang tersedia di kota ini antara lain bus, angkot dan pesawat terbang.
